The photosynthetic bacteria in the fermentation broth of EM strains can also use hydrogen sulfide, organic acids, ammonia and amino acids in the water to denitrify the ammonium nitrite in the water, thereby purifying the excrement and residual bait in the breeding pond and improving the water quality. Reduce fish disease. The main functions are:

1. Reduce pathogenic microorganisms and bad algae; significantly enhance the immunity and disease resistance of the breeding objects, and improve the survival rate.

2. Zooplankton and beneficial algae increased, especially red worms.

3. Stabilize and improve the water quality, the water body is refreshing, not smelly or rot, no hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and other peculiar smells, the visibility is long and stable at 25-50 cm, and the water change time is extended by 2 times.

2. Specific usage of strain fermentation liquid in aquaculture

1. Pond fish farming

(1) Spray once every 15 days (sprinkling effect is best when it rains). Use 1 kilogram of EM strain fermented liquid per mu. 

(2) Fish feed treatment: The fish feed can be sprayed with 200 times of EM strain fermentation liquid dilution, spraying wet to a certain degree, and feeding immediately to avoid spreading.

(3) Feces treatment: Ferment the EM strain fermented liquid at a ratio of 1: feces 50 and put it into the water body after fermentation.

(4) Fish disease prevention and control: fish floating head or pan pond, use 2 kg of EM bacteria solution per mu to make a diluent and evenly sprinkle the water surface, and then sprinkle once every 2 days.

2. Special aquaculture (turtle, shrimp, eel, mandarin fish, etc.)

(1) Environmental treatment: One week before water release, use 100 times EM bacteria liquid instead of lime to evenly spray and purify the environment. 3 days before stocking, sprinkle the water surface with the dilution of EM bacterial strain fermentation liquid, the concentration is 1/200,000; spray once every 10-15-30 days, and the places with poor water quality should increase the concentration and shorten the interval between spraying.

(2) Adjustment of water quality: pools with high-density water changes twice a day should not be splashed directly, but should be splashed next to the aerator or at the water inlet, and spread beneficial microorganisms through the action of the machine and water flow, so as to decompose harmful substances in the shortest time and stabilize the water quality as soon as possible. . It is advisable to sprinkle the EM bacterial solution dilution (same concentration as above) after each water change for raising eels in earth ponds. For shrimps, soft-shelled turtles, etc., the diluted solution is sprinkled 2-3 times a month, and the dosage is appropriately increased during the onset season.

(3) Fish feed processing: use 100 times EM strain fermentation liquid dilution and powder feed to stir evenly, and feed in lumps. For soft-shelled turtle ponds fed with fresh animal feed, the feed can be crushed first, and then mixed with compound feed and 100 times dilution of EM strain fermentation liquid and fed evenly.

(4) Food table treatment: Check the food table before each feeding, and clean and purify the food table with 200 times EM strain fermentation liquid dilution.

3. Abalone farming

(1) Prepare EM strain fermentation broth according to 1/200,000 pool water volume and splash the water surface, and determine the interval time depending on the water quality.

(2) Soak kelp (chopped first) with 100 times EM fermentation broth and then feed it for several hours. After using the EM strain fermentation broth, the abalone is healthy and not sick, and the water change time is doubled.

4. Freshness preservation of aquatic products

The aquatic product fresh-keeping water tank is sprayed with 500 times the EM strain fermentation broth dilution every 1-2 days, which can prolong the freshness period of aquatic products and keep the body surface clean and pleasing.

3. Precautions for EM strain fermentation liquid in aquaculture

1. Do not mix EM strain fermentation broth with chemicals at the same time. If the pool water becomes stinky due to mixed use, the water should be changed immediately, and then sprayed with EM fermentation broth mixing material and diluent according to technical requirements.

2. The EM fermented liquid feed must be kept fresh, and it should be fed immediately after feeding, mixed once and fed for 1 day, and all fed. If there is any remaining, it should be sealed and stored to prevent deterioration.
