Bikeling 100 is a yeast culture made of excellent Saccharomyces cerevisiae and two kinds of lactic acid bacteria. Soybean meal is used as fermentation substrate and produced by solid fermentation process. It is mainly composed of yeast metabolites, degradation medium, lactic acid bacteria and highly active yeast.
